Creamy Fiesta Dressing
1 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
3 T lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)
2 T olive oil
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 garlic clove

(Add enough water to blend to desired consistency)

Raw Walnut Taco Filling:
1 1/2 cup of walnuts (soaked)
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
3/4 tsp. coriander
2 tsps. nama shoyu

Process in food processor. Dehyrdrate 6-8 hours.
